Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NDA Profit Global, provided by North Digital Axis. By installing the App you agree to them.

1. What the App does

The App calculates estimated profit for your Shopify store by combining order data from Shopify with the costs and tax rates you configure. It is an analytics tool.

The App is not accounting, tax or legal advice. Tax rates are editable presets provided for margin calculations. They may be out of date, may not match your specific situation, and for some countries they are general estimates that the App marks as unverified. You are responsible for confirming every rate with a qualified accountant before relying on the figures for filing, pricing or any other decision.

2. Accuracy

Figures depend entirely on the accuracy of the data you enter — cost of goods, shipping, packaging, fees, ad spend. We make no warranty that the output is accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose.

3. Subscription and billing

New installs include a 14-day free trial with full access.
After the trial, a paid plan is required to keep viewing your dashboard. Your data is retained, not deleted.
Plans are billed in USD through Shopify’s billing system, charged to your Shopify invoice every 30 days.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Plan screen or from your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; partial periods are not refunded.
Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to circumvent billing, access another merchant’s data, disrupt the service, or resell access to the App without a written agreement.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App depends on Shopify’s API and on Cloudflare; outages in either may make it temporarily unavailable.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Digital Axis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of the App’s output. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On uninstall, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
