The most common cause is a missing cost of goods. Open Products & COGS and enter a cost for each variant. Anything left at zero is treated as free stock.
Check the tax mode in Settings. If your prices already include VAT, the mode must be “Included in price”. If it is set to “Added on top”, tax is subtracted twice in effect.
Rates are editable presets. Change the rate in Settings — your value is kept and never overwritten. For some countries the App shows an “unverified” warning, meaning the rate is a general estimate and should be confirmed with your accountant. Tell us the correct rate and we will update the preset.
Ad spend is entered manually per day in the Ad spend tab. Automatic import from ad platforms is not part of the current version.
All of them. The App ships with currency, formatting and tax presets for over 200 countries and territories, and the interface is fully translated into 44 languages, including right-to-left layouts for Arabic, Urdu and Persian.
Open the Plan screen and choose cancel, or uninstall the App from your Shopify admin. Billing stops at the end of the current period.
